What alloys do you cast?
We only cast 380 aluminum alloy. The reason we stick with 380 aluminum alloy is two-fold: it’s what our customers need, and we are experts on 380. We have the most experience and expertise with casting 380, and working from a depth of real life experience and knowledge is important to us and our customers. Learn more about 380 aluminum alloy.
How many machines do you have?
We have 8 machines in 3 different tonnages. View our equipment list.
What size machines do you have?
At our facility, we operate several 900 ton, 700 ton, and 450 ton aluminum die casting machines. We also have two fully automated die casting cells utilizing three robots, multiple 28 ton trim presses, many 2200 pound holding furnaces, a 2600 pound crucible melt furnace, and several melt furnaces ranging from 7,800 to 24,000 pounds. What size is your facility?

How many employees do you have?
We currently employ 65 people in various roles, spanning three shifts. Those shifts run five days a week, with the occasional overtime on Saturdays. Are you ISO certified?
Yes, we are ISO 9001:2015 certified. Because we know that quality requires more than an ISO certification, we work to always hold ourselves to the highest possible standards. Our quality systems in place include Computer Generated Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Cross-Functional Corrective Action Teams, Brown & Sharpe DCC Driven CMM, and a state-of-the-art inspection system utilizing Sheffield 1805 with open DMIS. What parts and products do you manufacture?
Our facility is equipped to manufacture a wide variety of parts and products. Because of the confidential nature of patents and our customers’ rights to privacy, we don’t name which parts and products we manufacture in an effort to respect our customers’ need for confidentiality. We take confidentiality very seriously. But we die cast a variety of parts and products for industries such as the military defense industry, consumer products industry, automotive industry, and more.
